MuP21

The MuP21 is a 20-bit microprocessor with a 16-color NTSC video output. It can access 2.5M bytes of DRAM and a 1M byte memory card with no additional parts. Three 1.2 um CMOS processors (CPU, video coprocessor and memory coprocessor) are included on a 2.4x2.4 mm2 die. The CPU has a two stack architecture that is easily programmed in Forth.
